The Garden Raffle Monthly Drawing ("Drawing") is sponsored and administered by Thyme ("Sponsor"). The Drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram) or any other social media platform.
The Drawing is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Each Drawing period begins on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of the same calendar month ("Drawing Period"). A new Drawing Period begins each month.
During the Drawing Period, visit the official website and complete the entry form by providing your first name and a valid email address. Limit one (1) base entry per person per Drawing Period. Entries submitted after the end of the Drawing Period will be entered into the following month's Drawing. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
Bonus entries: After entering, you may receive a unique referral link. Each new, eligible person who enters the Drawing using your link earns you one (1) additional entry for that Drawing Period, increasing your chances of winning. Self-referrals, duplicate emails, and fraudulent or automated referrals do not count and may result in disqualification.
One (1) winner will be selected on or around the first business day following the close of each Drawing Period by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered notifications.
One (1) winner per Drawing Period will receive one (1) garden prize bundle, the contents of which vary by month and are described on the Sponsor's website. Approximate retail value: up to $150 USD. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
The prize will be shipped at no cost to the winner to a valid US mailing address provided by the winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered prizes once shipped.
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Drawing. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or acting in a disruptive manner.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Drawing or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
By accepting a prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their first name and general location (city, state) for promotional purposes related to the Drawing, without further compensation.
Information collected through the Drawing is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
This Drawing is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this Drawing shall be resolved under applicable federal and state law.
